David Thomson

David Thomson is a senior legal adviser at Sanlam Trust, where he has worked for almost 30 years. An attorney with BA and LLB degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, he also holds postgraduate qualifications in tax, compliance and arbitration. He is a Certified Financial Planner, registered tax practitioner, notary and conveyancer, and has chaired the FPI Estates & Trusts Competency and Conduct and Ethics Committees.
