Takalani Netshitenzhe
Takalani Netshitenzhe is the director of external and regulatory affairs for Vodacom South Africa and chair of the Vodacom Foundation. She is a public policy development expert with more than 25 years’ experience in the public and private sector, writing laws on national security and providing inputs to telecommunications laws. She also drives environment, social and governance programmes. She’s an admitted advocate of the high court of South Africa and former ambassador of South Africa to Central Europe. She is recipient and served as a judge of several local and international merit awards and recognitions. She holds several degrees in law, including a master’s in security studies; an executive education certificate on cybersecurity from Harvard School of Governance; and a cybersecurity postgraduate certificate passed with distinction from Wits University.
