Rabotho Mathekga

Rabotho Mathekga is a senior manager research analyst at Novare Holdings.  He graduated with a BCom honours in economics from North‑West University in 2017 and completed a master’s degree in finance in 2025. He began his professional career at Alexander Forbes Investment, where he conducted in‑depth research on asset management portfolios, monitored performance, and provided analytical recommendations to support investment decision‑making. In 2024, Rabotho joined Novare as a manager research associate. In his current position, he leads comprehensive research initiatives across multiple asset classes within the asset management space.
