Why we love it:
Rich without ever feeling heavy, this is a beautifully balanced Champagne with notes of bright citrus, delicate brioche and a freshness that keeps every sip lively and elegant. It pairs beautifully with rich seafood, lemon and herb roast chicken or, for something more relaxed, a wedge of good Comté with crackers and a spoonful of fruit preserve, where the nutty, savoury flavours make perfect sense alongside the wine. Sometimes the best thing to do is simply let a Champagne this good do the talking.
