Tamboerskloof Rosé

Yes, yes, we know half of you are on the dry January train (sigh), but for the rest, this elegant pink drink is the perfect choice to dip into.

Our pick this week:

Tamboerskloof Rosé

R134.99, Woolworths

Why we love it:

Tamboerskloof Rosé is a rare thing … pretty and quite serious at once. Pale salmon in colour, it’s dry and medium-bodied, with layers of summer berries, red cherry, peach and just a hint of spice. The texture is silky, the acidity bright, and the whole thing feels like a long afternoon that ends too soon.
